In our latest team interview, we chat with John Luker, Chairman and founder of Reason Global Insurance.
With over three decades of industry experience, John plays a vital role in leading our company and supporting our team. He shares his journey from the early days of founding the company, starting in the late 1980s when he and his business partner, David Raynor, first crossed paths in Haywards Heath to the establishment of Reason Global Insurance in 1993 with Michael Reason.
John also reflects on the insurance industry’s evolution since Reason Global’s founding and the importance of honesty and integrity in business, which has been a driving force for the company.
